We are seeking a Middle Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent in the IT industry and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and excellent communication skills.
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. 2. Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. 3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 4. Evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications to determine fit for positions. 5. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with candidates. 6. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions. 3. Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems. 4. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
